And if you want to witness the return of the Olympic silver medalist, you can still buy a ticket for the event in Liverpool.

The fight takes place on April 21 at the Liverpool Echo Arena .

The press conference for the fight erupted into chaos when Khan threw water in the face of his Canadian opponent over a slight about his personal life.

Lo Greco said: “After the Canelo loss you went on a losing streak – family, wife, and then you go out and tweet to the heavyweight champion of the world. What is wrong with you, mate?”

The fighter was referencing Khan’s exchange with Anthony Joshua which included a very public spat between Khan and his wife, Faryal Makhdoom.

Khan has won 31 of his 35 professional fights since bursting onto the scene at the Athens Olympics where he finished runner-up.

He’s held several title belts including the WBA light-welterweight belt, but he lost his last fight to Mexican star Canelo Alvarez.

Lo Greco has three losses from his 31 fights.
