Usain Bolt proves he is a man of many talents as he trains with South African football league leaders

The retired Olympian, who dreams of playing for Manchester United, was put through his paces by the Mamelodi Sundowns team

USAIN BOLT proved he is a man of many talents when swapped his spikes for studs on Monday.

The retired Olympian looked like a natural as he trained with the South African Premier Division leaders.

Bolt has previously expressed his desire to play for Manchester United following his retirement from the race track.

And the 31-year-old kicked off his football career with a training session with Mamelodi Sundowns at Chloorkop.

The world's fastest man was introduced to the team through their joint sponsor - Puma.

He got stuck in with the session, and the clubs official Twitter page shared videos of the superstar in action.

Bolt donned a full Puma outfit as he was put through his paces by Pitso Mosimane and his colleagues.

He completed passing exercises, played a match and even managed to score a goal.

After that, he paid a visit to the Puma School of Speed - which is an organisation set up to find the next generation of talent.

The Jamaican chatted to the children, threw gifts into crowd and posed for photographs with several lucky fans.

The eight-time gold medallist spoke positively about his experience when question by the media afterwards.

He said: "I told my friends we need to plan a trip to South Africa it's a beautiful country.

"I love the vibe here it's similar to Jamaica in that sense."
