Bulls coach Fred Hoiberg revealed his guard picked chunk of tooth out of the ground after sickening fall

Dunn swings to an almost horizontal angle and fails to protect his face as he crashes towards the ground.

A sickening slow motion replay shows the awful moment his mouth slams into the floor.

Dunn immediately checks for damage and finds his lip is bleeding while part of his tooth can be seen on the deck beneath him.

Team-mates and staff help take the shaken 23-year-old off the court during the defeat to the Golden State Warriors.
