AMIR KHAN is promising fight fans some “shocking news” over his comeback plans.

The former world welterweight king hasn’t fought since being sensationally knocked out by heavy-hitting Mexican star Saul Alvarez in 2015.

But the 31-year-old Bolton boxer has put his followers on standby for info about his first UK bout in seven years.

Khan, last seen on the ITV reality show ‘I’m’ A Celebrity… Get me Out of Here!’, told :

“It is time to come back home now so I am looking at fighting in March.

“Then I plan to fight again in the UK around September time and then, at the end of the year, I want a big fight – wherever that is.
