Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo wants to get into films when he hangs up his boots

CRISTIANO RONALDO has made himself a household name thanks to his fancy footwork and good looks, but he wants to add movies to his repertoire.
The philanthropic footballer spoke of his plans for retirement and none of them include resting on his laurels.
Many footballers turn their hand to punditry or coaching, staying within the realms of football, but then again...Ronaldo isn't any ordinary footballer.
The Portuguese ace has already made a foray in modelling and dabbled in acting thanks to his many endorsements and campaigns.
But he is eyeing up making a name for himself in Hollywood when he retires, in an interview with he said: "I know that when I retire I will have a good life. I do not say that because I have a lot of money, I say it because I will try new things.
"For example, I want to try making movies."

The 32-year-old has had an illustrious career spanning 14 years and boasts five Ballon d'Or awards.
He is often regarded as the best footballer in the world.
While he is still finding the back of the net for top clubs he is not ready to hang up his boots, but this hasn't stopped him planning for his retirement.

He said: "Now I'm focused on the field, I know the time will come when I'll have to leave it, but until then I want to enjoy the moment.
"Then I have my companies: my hotels, my gyms, my line with Nike. I want to learn the be a businessman."
