The European gold medallist and three-time world indoor medallist, 28, no longer uses Olympic legend Linford Christie as a sprint coach.

The report links him with Robert Wagner, the race agent also linked to Justin Gatlin.

Although several British athletics insiders are said to be aware of the failed test, UK Athletics have declined to comment.

Austrian Wagner is alleged to have offered undercover reporters “illicitly supply performance-enhancing drugs”.
