Chelsea, Manchester City and Everton battling it out for £25m Nice ace Jean Michael Seri
The Ivory Coast star is open to a Premier League move after his summer switch to Barcelona fell through
NICE ace Jean Michael Seri has attracted a wide range of interest after his proposed move to Barcelona collapsed earlier this year.
Manchester City, Chelsea and Everton are among the clubs scrambling to secure his signature.
Barcelona proposed an offer of £35.2 for Seri in the summer, but it was rejected by Nice President Jean-Pierre Rivere.
It is believed that this annoyed Seri greatly, who is looking to progress his career with a top European club.
And he is expected to be attached with a reduced £25m price-tag during the upcoming transfer window.
Man City are hunting for a midfielder to replace Yaya Toure - who is expected to leave the club in June 2018.
Barcelona star Sergio Busquets has also been named as a potential replacement at the Etihad.

The Nice midfielder admitted that Paris Saint-Germain had also been in touch last month.
Following their unsuccessful pursuit this year, Barcelona are expected to renew their interest in the Ivorian in the New Year.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has also previously indicated his interest in the midfielder, but they failed to make a formal offer during the last transfer window.
Earlier this year, Seri said: "If I leave Nice, it will be for a team where I feel desired and who play good football."
