DAME KELLY HOLMES could always give anyone a run for their money.
And, 13 years after she won Olympic gold in Athens, it looks as though she still can.
Well, at least judging by her ripped physique on her latest Instagram snaps.
The former athlete was originally a PT instructor in the Army so knows a thing or two about toughing it out.

And she certainly displayed that spirit on the track.
These days she is still going for it in the gym - as her photos show.

Dame Kelly invites her followers to check out her videos for mad workouts.
'Realkellyholmes1500' is her new handle and she is launching 'the runningmind' next month.
Holmes, aged 47, specialised in the 800 metres and 1500 metres and won gold for both distances at the 2004 Olympics.
She set British records in numerous events and still holds the records over 600, 800 and 1000m.
To underline her tough image Kelly contested the 2015 series of and was the runner-up after the 12-day survival mission.
She obviously still enjoys the gym.
It's a throwback to when she started training for athletics at the age of 12 with Tonbridge Athletics Club.
After joining the Army at 18 she attended the first course to be run under the Army's new Physical Training syllabus.

Holmes successfully passed out as a Class 2 PTI and eventually qualified as a Sergeant Class 1 PTI.
She also became British Army judo champion.
