Everton announce Sam Allardyce as new manager on 18-month deal
The Ex-England boss will relieve caretaker manager David Unsworth of his duties before Huddersfield meeting on Saturday

SAM ALLARDYCE has agreed an 18-month deal to become the new manager of Everton.
The Ex-England chief is the permanent successor to Ronald Koeman, who was sacked last month.
The Toffees only managed two wins in eight outings under caretaker boss David Unsworth.
And 'Big Sam' will now take over ahead of Saturday's meeting against Huddersfield.
Allardyce signed the deal after arriving back in England on Wednesday, following a holiday in Dubai.
The 63-year-old watched his new side thrash West Ham 4-0, alongside Farhad Moshiri and chairman Bill Kenwright.
But his attendance did not go down too well with some fans at Goodison Park.
Sammy Lee has joined the club as assistant manager and former Leicester boss Craig Shakespeare is expected to join the backroom team, according to Sky Sports.

In an official statement, Allardyce said: "The attraction of the club itself, the people I've known at the club - Peter Reid is one of my best mates, so are Andy Gray and Paul Bracewell whom I worked with at Sunderland - these people have always made me aware of just how special and unique a club Everton is.
"I feel really enthused and energised to come in as manager.
"I've always thought Everton was a great club. It is a great club.
"Obviously, the club has gone through a difficult spell and hopefully I can put that behind us as quickly as possible and start looking upwards again.
"Because, ultimately, it's the ambition of the club, the ambition of the owner and the board, allied to the fact that it's Everton and all the fantastic history, which have proved to be key for me."
