The illegal filming could now mean he has more time added to his sentence.

If a prisoner is found to have a mobile phone behind bars, it is an illegal offence and could add two years to any sentence.

A spokesman for the Ministry of Justice told the : “This is unacceptable. Those who break rules face extra time behind bars.”

Henry was sentenced last week after being caught on CCTV stealing jewellery from a property in Warwickshire.

It is not known what prison the video was filmed in.
