Racing tips: November meeting from Cheltenham betting preview for ITV’s horse racing
Here is the a betting guide for the races on ITV ahead of Cheltenham
HAPPY NEW YEAR! No, don't worry - you've not slept in and missed Christmas, you've simply realised this morning that it's the November meeting from Cheltenham and - as far as we're concerned - the start of the real jump racing season.
Tomorrow we'll be back with a belting Cheltenham card but there are some great races on ITV today and we're keen to get stuck in.

The road to Cheltenham starts HERE.
Bet £10 or more at any of the races at and Sun Bets will stick £2 in your account to use at the Cheltenham Festival.
It kicks off at Cheltenham itself with the November Meeting this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The opener at 12.40 can answer the question with WHAT HAPPENS NOW (7/1).
His trainer is Donald McCain, son of the legendary Ginger who trained the even more legendary Red Rum. Our selection won here at Cheltenham last time out and can go in again.
The handicap at 1.15 looks ultra competitive but MAGIC DANCER (13/2) did us a nice turn at Kempton last week when we tipped him up to win and we're happy to stay loyal in the hope he can wave his wand and trick his rivals into submission.
The ITV cameras will take in the 1.50 and we're siding with stable form in the shape of the oddly named KAPSTADT (4/1). Happily for this one, horses don't know their names, but they sure as hell know their trainers and handler Ian Williams is in sparkling form just now.
The 2.25 is another small field novice chase and FINIAN'S OSCAR (5/4) could and should make light work of his rivals on route to picking up ambitious quotes for the bigger novice prizes back here in March.
He was a brilliant hurdler last season and was impressive on his chasing debut last month and we're hoping to see an Oscar-winning performance.
A win today would be especially poignant given the sad passing of his owner, Alan Potts, earlier this week. RIP Alan.
At 3.00 we've got the Cross Country race. Never seen one before? Tune in and enjoy the spectacle. Some sniffy sorts then their nose up and think it's not the kind of racing for major meetings but they're wrong. It's fun and exciting. And better still we've found the winner in the form of race fit CANTLOW (11/4) who can slalom his way round the helterskelter course to land us in the money.
We sign off at 3.35 with a fancy for ON THE BLIND SIDE (4/1). He's young and inexperienced but contrary to what Alan Hansen thought, you DO win things with kids and the yard think the world of this one. That'll do for us.
Good luck!
