Tyson Fury offers his help to people suffering from depression and anxiety

Insists ex-world heavyweight champion: 'You can do it you know - you’ve just got to think of the positive things you have in your life'

TYSON FURY took to social media to offer advice to people suffering from mental health issues.

The Gypsy King, who has had to deal with his own such depression and anxiety, used Instagram to pass on some tips that have helped him.

“Hi this is Tyson Fury, return of the Mack, aka lineal heavyweight champion,” says Fury.

“This message goes out there to anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar, any mental health issues.

“I was one of the first people to speak openly about it in recent times; this is a special message to you.

“You can do it you know, you’ve just got to think of the positive things you have in your life.

Fury is on the comeback trail looking to return in 2018 with a fight against IBF and WBA heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua.
