TYSON FURY took to social media to offer advice to people suffering from mental health issues.
The Gypsy King, who has had to deal with his own such depression and anxiety, used Instagram to pass on some tips that have helped him.
“Hi this is Tyson Fury, return of the Mack, aka lineal heavyweight champion,” says Fury.
“This message goes out there to anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar, any mental health issues.
“I was one of the first people to speak openly about it in recent times; this is a special message to you.
“You can do it you know, you’ve just got to think of the positive things you have in your life.
"Positive things meaning being able to walk, breath in fresh air; you don’t need no help for walking around and doing things.
“Just keep positive - keep busy and everything is going to be alright.
“There’s plenty of people out there all in the same boat and it’s a hard fight that we must continue to fight - NEVER GIVE UP.”
Fury is on the comeback trail looking to return in 2018 with a fight against IBF and WBA heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua.
His weight has ballooned to over 25 stone and he'll need a couple of warm up fights.
The unbeaten 29-year-old is targeting a return to boxing in 2018.
He has his eyes set firmly on an-British showdown with the 2012 Olympic gold medallist Joshua.
