OLYMPIAN Katie Taylor faces experienced Sanchez in lightweight title match on Saturday.
Taylor won gold for Ireland at the 2012 London Olympics, and since turning professional has gone unbeaten with a record of 6-0.
31-year-old Taylor faces a tough test against Argentinian Sanchez, who boasts a professional record of 17-2-0.
The two-weight world champion puts her lightweight title on the line on Saturday night.
Taylor told Sky Sports News: "Without a doubt. This opponent Sanchez is very, very experienced.
"She has a great record as well. She's had more world title fights than I've had fights really in the pro game so it is going to be a very tough challenge."
