Shane Warne gets relationship therapy from ex-adult movie star and counsellor
Lianne Young, 43, turned her back on X-rated movies years ago and is now one of the UK's most successful relationship counsellors
CRICKET legend Shane Warne has been receiving relationship therapy from an ex-adult movie star-turned-counsellor.
The Aussie ace — who is now writing a book about cricket, family and his relationships — turned to Lianne Young for help.
In her 20s, Lianne led a glamorous lifestyle, attending parties at the Playboy Mansion and filming around the world.
Lianne, 43, turned her back on X-rated movies years ago — and is now one of the UK’s most successful relationship counsellors.
Sources said her help has been invaluable to Shane, 48 — who first spoke with her 18 months ago.
One source close to the idol said: “Shane hasn’t had much luck in his previous relationships for a variety of reasons.
“He decided on relationship counselling to help him get in the right head space for the future. And he feels he has really benefited from working with Lianne.
"He hopes to encourage others to seek professional advice in dealing with issues.
“Shane speaks to Lianne several times a week either in person or via Skype.”
Lianne said: “Shane has authorised me to confirm I have been working with him to assist him in dealing with some relationship issues. The issues we are working on do not relate to sex or addiction.
“For such a high-profile sportsman and personality to recognise he needs professional support and to obtain it is a great message to us all.”
