THERE has been plenty of trash talking between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor as they prepare for their historic bout in Las Vegas.

But the latest disagreement has been over something which could impact the fight in a massive way.

The lighter gloves have less padding over the knuckles and are believed to favour the heavier puncher.

McGregor believes that he is just that - and says he will benefit from this controversial change.

But Money doesn't seem fazed and has taken the change in his stride, pointing out he's worn the 80z's most of his career.

The unbeaten American has worn them in 45 out of 49 fights, and has made his disdain for 10oz versions very clear.

In 2007 he called the heavier mitts 'pillows' - after going up the weights to fight Oscar De La Hoya.
