USAIN BOLT posted and then quickly deleted an X-ray image of his torn hamstring while hitting back at claims he "cheated" fans at the World Athletics Championships.
The Jamaican sprint king collapsed to the floor injured during his final race in London last week.
That came after he finished a shock third to drugs cheat Justin Gatlin in the 100 metres final at the London Stadium.
And in a series of tweets that were curiously erased from his Twitter account minutes after being posted, Bolt revealed the extent of his injury.
He said: "Sadly I have a tear of the proximal myotendineous junction of biceps femoris in my left hamstring with partial retraction. Three months rehab.
"I don't usually release my medical report to the public but sadly I have sat and listened to people questioning if I was really injured.
"I have never been one to cheat my fans in any way and my entire desire at the Championships was [to] run one last time for my fans.
"Thanks for the continued support my fans and I rest, heal and move onto the next chapter of my life."

The X-ray image showed Bolt was seeing a specialist in Munich, Germany, as he began his rehab.
Bolt had been set to play in a Manchester United Legends game at Old Trafford on September 2.
But this scan showed he is no shape to run, let alone play football.
A pal at the party said: “He was saying ‘Hi’ to everyone and he was very, very flirtatious. I saw him kissing one of the girls. He was there until 6am.”
He swigged glasses of Hennessy cognac and Wray and Nephew rum.
Revellers were celebrating the life of high jumper Germaine Mason, a childhood pal of Bolt in Jamaica who won a silver medal for Team GB in 2008.
