Conor McGregor lines up rematch with Floyd Mayweather in the octagon… after he vows to crush him in the boxing ring
CONOR MCGREGOR wants to take on Floyd Mayweather in the octagon after ending his undefeated boxing record.
And it appears the 'Money Man' is on board to try his hand in UFC.
The two giants of combat met in London for the fourth and final press conference of their world tour ahead of the biggest boxing match in history on August 26.
McGregor, who stepped into the boxing ring for the first time at the SSE Arena on Friday, is breaking new ground in swapping UFC for the padded gloves.
But it seems he could be fighting Mayweather in more similar surroundings after their bout.
During the verbal blows, Mayweather said: "I run the Octagon, I run the ring.
"I will whoop your ass in the Octagon b****."
McGregor responded: "When I spark you August 26, I'm going to make you face me for a rematch in the octagon.

"And then we'll see if you're all talk or not."
The crowd were out in force to support McGregor as they gave the Irishman a huge reception when he strutted towards the ring.
But Mayweather arrived to a chorus of boos before fans aimed chants in the boxer's direction such as "pay your taxes."
Tensions have threatened to boil over between the pair since the first press conference in Los Angeles on Tuesday night.
