RUGBY League star Dom Manfredi got a worker bee tattoo to show support for the Manchester terror victims.
The Wigan Warriors winger got the emblem on his leg which represents the city’s hard-working history during Industrial Revolution.
Workers are called “busy bees”, and now tattoo artists over the UK offering the inking of the symbol for charity.
And the 23-year-old rugby star joined in the tribute, tweeting a photo with the caption: “Just had our #Manchesterbee tattoos in support of the families of those affected by the attack on Manchester.”
It comes as his Wigan team-mate Oliver Gildart has revealed his mother and 10-year-old sister were caught up in the Manchester Arena atrocity on Monday night.
Claire and Isabella were at the Ariana Grande concert that was wickedly targeted by bomber Salman Abedi.
Both were just yards from where the improvised explosive device was detonated as 20,000 people left on Monday night.
Luckily, neither was hurt in the attack, which claimed the lives of 22 people.
But the horror of the events as Isabella left her first ever concert will stay with everyone for a long time.
Centre Gildart, who is out with a serious back injury, said: “They got lucky really.
“Obviously you don’t think this kind of thing happens, especially with your own family.
“It’s heartbreaking, Isabella’s only young.
“That was her first gig, she’s got a few more booked but there’s no way she’ll go to them now.”
