TIGER WOODS has been spotted for the first time since his FOURTH back surgery... in a kids' arts and crafts store.
The former world No 1 is out for the rest of the year after going under the knife again last month.
But he appears to be back on his feet - and running errands for daughter Sam and son Charlie.

A fan spotted Woods in Michaels store in Florida, US, which sells supplies for children of school age.
The 14-time Major champion is scheduled to host his annual Tiger Jam music show in Las Vegas this weekend.
And he said of his latest surgery: "The surgery went well, and I'm optimistic this will relieve my back spasms and pain.

"When healed, I look forward to getting back to a normal life, playing with my kids, competing in professional golf and living without the pain I have been battling for so long."
Woods, who missed last month's Masters after pulling out of the Dubai Desert Classic in February, now lies 851st in the world.
Woods has repeatedly stated there is "no timetable" for his return to competitive golf.
Patients who undergo the same back surgery as Woods usually return to full activity in about six months.
