The video was posted onto the official Instagram account of his new 'Girl Collection' strip club.
Mayweather re-posted the clip, which is captioned: "Floyd Mayweather picking up cash with some of his close associates as he gets everything lined up for the opening of his new gentleman's club, 'GIRL COLLECTION'."
Mayweather has already secured a license to run the Vegas establishment, although an exact date has not been set for its opening.
He is on the look out for "exotic dancers" and has invited "full body shot" and "recent" photo applications.
Sneak peak previews of the club have been released by the undefeated boxing great.
Following a chat with basketball great Magic Johnson, an NBA team is also on his wishlist.
After meeting the 6ft 8in star, he wrote: "Just had a great meeting with Magic Johnson.
"It's about time for me to buy an NBA team. if you're ready to sell your NBA team, please get in touch with me."
Mayweather's idea comes after he won stacks of cash betting on Boston Celtics ace Isaiah Thomas.
A photo on social media shows him sitting on a private jet with four huge bundles of bank notes spread out across his lap.
Plenty of money will be needed for the millionaire sportsman to afford such a branch out.
A super-fight with McGregor will recoup a sizeable fee, with the bout estimated to be worth £100m should it go ahead.
Both fighters are confident they will come face to face, and Las Vegas bookies have even taken over £7,700 worth of bets on the clash.
Amazingly, Mayweather insists McGregor, 28, is capable of being the man to spoil his perfect 49-0 record.
He told : "Conor McGregor is the second biggest name in MMA.
“So, I’m not gonna sit right here and knock Conor McGregor.
“He’s gone out there and done what he’s had to do. It’s obvious he’s done something right thus far to get to the point where he’s at.”
