Absurde numbers
Willie Mullins runs 11 (eleven) in the opener, the Triumph Hurdle.
Absurde is the shortest priced of those and on his chance, he told Sporting Life: "Paul was very good on him last year. Danny takes over this time and rode Jimmy De Seuil to win the Coral Cup earlier in the week.
"This is a tough horse to ride but has a lot of speed and if he can time it right, he has every chance again this year."

Placepot tips
Cheltenham's Placepots this week have paid out some incredible dividends.

So our man Templegate is here with some tips for the six races you need to land a touch.
Going affected?
Having supplemented for the Gold Cup, Gaving Cromwell told his William Hill blog he won't run him if the ground is verging on good.
And he reckons his runner has more than enough to make a race of it with Galopin Des Champs.
He wrote: "We supplemented Inothewayurthinkin for the race with him being in great form at home. He’s come forward plenty from his run in the Irish Gold Cup where he was only seven lengths back from Galopin Des Champs.
"With a clear round of jumping, we really think he can make a race of it. I don’t even necessarily think that we need things to go wrong for Galopin Des Champs for us to beat him. He’s come forward plenty since the last day and I’m hoping he can put it up to the favourite.
"The only concern with him is the ground. We’re hoping it’ll be well-watered because if it dries out and it’s bordering on good being in the description then we may not run him.”

Bookies ahead going into the finale
No doubt about it, the bookies are in front as we head into the final day.
's Sam Behar said: “Jagwar’s win in the Plate saw punters claw back some cash after Fact To File swept to a brilliant victory in the Ryanair for favourite backers.
“However, we were spared a major payout by getting favourites Sixandahalf and Teahupoo beat, both courtesy of the brilliant Rachael Blackmore.
“There was nothing to choose between Teahupoo and Sixandahalf in terms of being our worst result on the day, and their defeat was enough to keep our noses in front as we head into Friday.”
Chasing greatness
There's plenty happening in this final card but it's all about one horse.
Galopin Des Champs is chasing greatness to become only the fifth horse in history to win three Cheltenham Gold Cups.
He'll be a short price to do so, with his main rival, Fact To File opting not to take him on and saunter clear to win the Ryanair instead.
So it looks a clear path for Willie Mullins' superstar to join Golden Miller, Arkle, Best Mate and Cottage Rake in the history books.
Gold Cup day - Going update
Clerk of the course, Jon Pullin and his team have done a terrific job this week.
It's been that good we've hardly heard his name mentioned.
Despite a drop in temperatures overnight, the going remains unchanged.
He posted on X: “Temperatures dipped down to -3.5 degrees overnight but we covered yesterday’s racing lines.
“So it’s all systems go for the day ahead.
“The going for today is GOOD TO SOFT”.
Rachael completes Festival 'Big Five'
Rachael Blackmore completed a ”Grand Slam’ of Cheltenham’s big races.
She steered Bob Olinger to victory in yesterday's Stayers’ Hurdle – the only of the Festival ‘Big Five’ she had not previously won.
Credit: Rex And she had to see off favourite and defending champion Teahupoo – who, like Bob Olinger, is owned by Brian Acheson.
Blakckmore’s mount was cut from 20/1 to 8/1 after huge back earlier today.
And trainer Henry de Bromhead said: “Rachael was brilliant on him.
“We said, if you’re going to get beaten, get beaten for coming too late.
“He’s an incredible horse, he had such a reputation a few years ago, things didn’t work out as well as we thought.
“But to see him come back and do that is amazing.”
It gave Blackmore a 152-1 Thursday double after triumphing on Air Of Entitlement in the Mares’ Novice Hurdle.
Campaigners angry at '77th Cheltenham death in 25 years'
Animal rights campaigners have again attacked safety standards at Cheltenham Festival after Springwell Bay died yesterday following a heavy fall.
The eight-year-old bay gelding, ridden by Jonjo O'Neill Jr, suffered a fatal injury" in the Jack Richards Novices' Limited Handicap.
Springwell Bay was a previous winner at Cheltenham, notably in the Betfair Exchange Handicap Chase on New Year's Day.
Springwell Bay died on Thursday following a 'nasty fall'Credit: PA Animal Aid say he was the 77th horse to die on the course since 2000.
They called it “one of the most dangerous racecourses in the world for a horse to set foot upon”.
A statement from Cheltenham read: “In our second race of the day, Springwell Bay ... sadly sustained a fatal injury. Our heartfelt condolences are with his connections.”
ITV, presenter Ed Chamberlain told viewers at the time: “There will be a sad postscript to the race I'm afraid because I have been handed a note to say that Springwell Bay, who took a nasty fall and was immediately tended to by the veterinary professionals, sadly sustained a fatal injury."
Organisers brought in new foam-padded hurdles to the course this year which the Jockey Club should reduce falls by 11 per cent.
But Animal Aid campaigns manager Nina Copleston-Hawkens said: “Here we are again – yet one more innocent life lost – whilst the industry cries crocodile tears and proclaim falsehoods about ‘welfare’ and ‘truly caring for the horses’.
“Make no mistake, any industry which profits of the exploitation and death of innocent animals is working on borrowed time."
Gold Cup day!
This afternoon, Galopin Des Champs will be looking to join Gold Cup greats as the Willie Mullins-trained horse eyes three straight wins in the showpiece race.

MINELLA SIXO was going very nicely at Haydock last time before taking a clumsy fall three out.
He’s back from the same mark here and he was performing with credit in Graded company earlier this season.
He likes this trip and trainer Gordon Elliott has a good record in this race.
Templegate’s Tips Day Four
4.40 St. James's Place Festival Challenge Cup Open Hunters' Chase
ANGELS DAWN can sprout wings to make up for last year’s disappointment in this race.
That was the last time she ran under Rules and she was looking good for at least a place before departing at the second-last.
She has been in prolific form in Irish point to points building up to this race and her mares’ 7lb weight allowance could make all the difference.Templegate’s Tips Day Four
4.00 Boodles Cheltenham Gold Cup Chase
GALOPIN DES CHAMPS can join Best Mate and Arkle on three Gold Cup wins.
Willie Mullins’ star is in a league of his own and has beaten most of today’s foes before.
Templegate’s Tips Day Four
3.20 Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle
JASMIN DE VAUX won the Champion Bumper here last year and can strike on his first run here since then.
He kicked off over hurdles with a good win against 24 rivals at Navan in December.
He has found things a bit trickier at Grade 1 level since but he shapes as though moving up to this three-mile trip will bring out the best in him.
It says a lot that Paul Townend has chosen him of the Willie Mullins team.
Templegate’s Tips Day Four
2.40 Mrs Paddy Power Mares' Chase
BRIDES HILL finished off last season really strongly with a 21-length victory in this grade at Punchestown the highlight.
She has been brought along slowly this campaign by Gavin Cromwell with just two runs under her belt.
She wasn’t asked too many questions when jumping around Huntingdon last time in second place.
Her best efforts have come over this distance with a little give in the ground and she can show her true colours today.
Templegate's Tips Day Four
2.00 William Hill County Handicap Hurdle
HANSARD gets my vote. He was Grade 1 level as a juvenile for the Moores and landed a decent handicap at Newbury last season before missing a whole year.
It’s taken him a little while to hit top gear after that but he was an excellent third behind Champion Hurdle 1-2 Golden Ace and Burdett Road in the Kingwell at Wincanton last time and looks on a very fair mark.
This trip is ideal and he won’t be far away.
Templegate's Tips Day Four
1.20 JCB Triumph Hurdle
LULAMBA can give Nicky Henderson a record eighth Triumph Hurdle win.
He looked brilliant when winning at Ascot with more to come. East India Dock clocked a fast time and is the one to beat with Hello Neighbour booked for third.
Dobey darts off to Festival
Oche ace and horse-racing lover Chris Dobey turned his early exit from Premier League Darts Night 6 on Thursday night to his advantage.
The 34-year-old, aka Hollywood, lost 6-2 to fellow Englishman Rob Cross.
But at least it meant Dobey was able to get off early to Cheltenham Festival.
He's lined up watching the Gold Cup on Friday.
The North East star Dobey will then swap sports again - to watch his heroes Newcastle take on Liverpool in Sunday's Carabao Cup final.
