GENTLEMAN JACQUES (3.50 Warwick, nap)
He was an impressive winner at Wincanton last time where he had 12 lengths in hand. He saw out 2m4f with lots left in the tank and can strike again for in-form trainer Emma Lavelle.
SMOKERINGTHEDARK (2.30 Carlisle, nb)
He got his head in front on debut at Musselburgh and wasn’t disgraced there last time in better company than today’s. Trainer Nicky Richards is in fine form and he can score again.
THE GREY MAN (2.50 Warwick, treble)
He has improved a bundle since going handicapping. He struck on debut at Leicester and just tired near the line when a close-up third at Bangor latest. He stays on the same handicap mark which gives him every chance of scoring again.
