Records show the property was bought in 2018 for £1.4m, which means O’Sullivan could make a tidy profit from the sale.

The 3,000 square feet property is listed for £2million and is currently lived in by Laila, with O’Sullivan staying at a bachelor pad nearby.

O’Sullivan moved out after the former couple ended their 13-year relationship in December.

And it appears they are over for good after placing the house up for sale.

A source told the : “Their friends had been hoping they would get back together as they had split before and re-united.

“But they have decided today to sell their home and that really does signal a definitive end to their relationship.

“They looked good together wherever they went and had many happy times in that house. But it’s all over now and they both recognise that.”

The house also contains three bathrooms, a wine cellar and a spacious garden.
