‘World class this’ say fans as Neal Maupay ‘cooks’ Man Utd legend Paul Scholes with brutal comment about daughter’s toes
NEAL MAUPAY has been hailed by fans for "cooking" Paul Scholes with a brutal comment.
The Manchester United legend had hit out at Maupay's antics on the pitch during his time at Brentford.
Scholes, 50, appeared on the Fan Debate on Sky as fans spoke about Myles Lewis-Skelly's imitation of Erling Haaland.
When asked why Maupay did not get the same criticism as the Arsenal star for his antics, Scholes gave a five-word answer.
He joked: "He just takes the p**s."
Maupay hit the headlines when he copied James Maddison's darts-throwing celebration in January 2024.

The imitation led to a clash between the two players on the pitch after the full-time whistle.
But Maupay has remained active on social media and was quick to fire back at Scholes.
He made a brutal jibe about the time the retired midfielder was filmed chewing his daughter's toenails.
He wrote: "Surprised Paul Scholes can fit my name in his mouth alongside his daughter’s toes."
