Tyson Fury’s cousin, Walter, picks up third win as former heavyweight champion cheers him on in crowd in Manchester

TYSON FURY'S cousin picked up his third win in the undercard of Derek Chisora vs Otto Wallin as he continues to follow in the legendary heavyweight's footsteps.

Tyson, 36, is one of the all-time boxing greats having won a total of 34 out of 37 fights, of which he only lost two after enjoying a staggering 16-year undefeated streak.

The Gypsy King's stunning success has inspired many around the sport.

And that includes his cousin Walter Fury who is looking to emulate his popular relative in the ring.

Walter, 27, competed at the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester before Chisora and Wallin locked horns.

The super welterweight faced off against Joe Hardy with Tyson in attendance.

Walter was hurt in the fourth round as he started bleeding from his left ear.

But he still managed to pick up a decisive victory after the end of the four-round affair.

Walter earned a 40-37 victory via decision in front of Tyson, who proudly celebrated.

The Gypsy King's cousin extended his undefeated streak after also beating Dale Arrowsmith and Vasif Mamedov on his professional debut.

Tyson's next fight is currently unknown after his back-to-back losses to Oleksandr Usyk.

The Mancunian bruiser, though, cast even more doubt over a showdown with Anthony Joshua.

The Gypsy King seemingly put the final nail in the coffin of the long-overdue domestic dust-up against Joshua last month by announcing his fifth retirement.
