Lehmann has been in a relationship with ex-Aston Villa star Douglas Luiz.

The couple both left Villa for Juventus in the summer, making history as the first ever boyfriend and girlfriend transfer.

Luiz, 26, switched the Midlands for Turin in a £50million deal and reportedly signed a contract worth about £100,000-a-week.
