Determined
Luke Humphries kicks off his Premier League journey against Nathan Aspinall in the later start.
He's eager to go one better than his runner-up finish last year by finally going one better this year.
He told sponsors BetMGM that he's determined to add a Premier League title win to his impressive haul of the last couple of years.
He said: “It would mean a lot to me. It’s the biggest one that I haven’t got yet.
“I’ve won the Matchplay and won the worlds – the Premier League makes it the Triple Crown, the three biggest tournaments on the calendar.
“To win them all in such a short space of time would mean a lot and not many people have done it.
“This is the one that’s missing for me. That’s why it would mean so much. It would be amazing to achieve something so few players have.”

Filling up
Less than an hour until the first arrow is thrown and the crowd are slowly but surely filling up this arena.
And as you might expect, there's a plethora of weird and wonderful outfits on show. Here's some of the best.
Tasty opening night
So, so much to look forward to on this opening night.
This Littler/MVG needle is real.
But imagine seeing off Phil Taylor and thinking you're going to dominate your sport for years, only for a wee guy to rock up and take the sport by storm?
I'd see him as a pain in the you-know-what too...
Cross the Dutch Masters off the list!
Rob Cross comes into the Premier League Darts ranked fourth in the Order of Merit, and the Dutch Masters champion.
Cross ousted fan favourite Stephen Bunting in the final of the Dutch Masters, and the pair meet again in tonight's quarter-finals.
Bunting and Cross are neck and neck in the Order of Merit rankings, with Cross having won £556,750 and Bunting £553,500.
Whoever finishes higher could see themselves move into the top four of the ranks.
Littler confident ahead of 2025 Premier League
Speaking to Sky Sports Darts, Luke Littler said "my darts is probably better than what it was this time last year"
Second in the Order of Merit rankings, and defending World and Premier League champion, it is hard to disagree with The Nuke.
Lets go Bunting mental!
After an impressive run to the semi-finals of the World Championships, Stephen Bunting will have the chance to showcase his skills in the Premier League.
He will be hoping to fire away, fire away 180s all night long.
The Bullet has already picked up a title this year, winning the Bahrain Masters in January, and also made it to the final of the Dutch Master.
Cool Hand to stop The Nuke?
After his impressive World Championship win in January, Luke Littler has hit a bit of a rough spell in terms of his form.
Cool Hand Luke Humphries was knockout out of his title defence over Christmas by Peter Wright.
However, Humphries has already picked up a title this year, winning the Masters in Milton Keynes, extending his lead as world number one.
Can Humphries bounce back from the World Championship with a major win in the Premier League, or will Luke Littler find his form?
The van Gerwen vs Littler rematch
Michael van Gerwen and Luke Littler met in the World Championship final, and Luke Littler made easy work of van Gerwen!
Mighty Mike gets his rematch against Littler in the quarter-finals tonight.
Dan Dawson on Sky Sports Darts even suggested Littler and van Gerwen were "already annoying each other a bit."
The pair have already put on some classics, can they put on another one tonight?
What is the prize money?
There is a total of £1 million for the eight players to fight for!
The winner will take home £275,000, while the winner each night will take home £10,000.

A reminder of last year
Luke "the Nuke" Littler comes into 2025 as world champion, and Premier League Darts champion.
He beat Luke Humphries in a thrilling 11-7 victory at the O2 Arena in May last year.
Littler finished first in the regular season, ahead of Humphries in second. Both the Michael's - van Gerwen and Smith - made up third and fourth.
Last year also saw Nathan Aspinall, Rob Cross and Gerwyn Price, as well as former world champion Peter Wright, who did not make the cut this time around.
