FORMER Arsenal star Sylvinho has swapped corners for crooning ... by belting out a Frank Sinatra classic before a packed audience.

The Brazil-born defender spent two seasons with the Gunners, making 80 appearances, before leaving in 2001.

Sylvinho ended his playing career with Manchester City in 2010, and has since coached Lyon and home-country club Corinthians.

He has managed Albania's national side since 2023, and is due to lead them against England at Wembley in March.

But the 50-year-old sparked astonishment on Monday when appearing at Albania's 2024 Footballer of the Year awards ceremony.

On stage with his daughter Tati, Sylvinho picked up the mic and launched into the iconic Sinatra number My Way.

Tati joined in the three-minute song, and the initially stunned audience burst into rapturous applause.

Ol' Blue Eyes' own daughter Nancy had a UK No1 hit with These Boots Are Made for Walkin'.

Since Sylvinho took charge, former football minnows Albania have enjoyed High Hopes of international success.

And with Andorra, Latvia and Serbia alongside England as their group opponents, they could reach the 2026 World Cup finals unless they do Something Stupid.
