THE January transfer window is heating up with some MAJOR moves in the pipeline as Deadline Day quickly approaches.
Arsenal are reportedly readying their second bid for Aston Villa's England forward Ollie Watkins, however, Jhon Duran has completed his medical ahead of a £65m move to Saudi Arabia which could scupper any hopes of the move.
Meanwhile, Manchester United and Tottenham are eyeing up a move for Bayern Munich star Mathys Tel.
The Red Devils are also closing in on the signing of Lecce left-back Patrick Dorgu.
Brazilian midfielder Casemiro is reportedly open to joining Roma this month after becoming out of favour at Old Trafford.

Rashford and Amorim no longer speaking
Marcus Rashford and Ruben Amorim are no longer on speaking terms, according to the Guardian.
Amorim has not held back in offering repeated brutal assessments of his feelings towards Rashford's commitment, or apparent lack thereof, in training.
Despite reports previously suggesting Rashford had no issue with Amorim, the pair are now apparently no longer speaking except for in team meetings.
Man Utd recruit legendary fitness coach
Man Utd have brought in one of the world's leading athletics coaches in a bid to boost their season.
Ruben Amorim's side have flopped to 12th in the table following a run of dodgy form.
But in an effort to boost the second half of the season, Amorim has brought in legendary track and field coach, Harry Marra.
Marra, 78, was named the World Athletic's coach of the year in 2016 after helping fellow American, Ashton Eaton to Olympic decathlon gold in 2016, which was a follow-up of a win in 2012.
He has also served as the speed and fitness consultant for the Major League Baseball team San Francisco Giants.
Now, according to , Marra is sharing his expertise with fitness and coaching staff at Carrington after Amorim reportedly has issues with body-fat levels on his stars.
Nunez targeted in Saudi transfer
Darwin Nunez was a transfer target for Saudi Arabia, according to The Athletic.
Al-Nassr were reportedly interested in striking a deal, but Liverpool have no intention of selling at this stage of the window.
The 25-year-old is said to be viewed as a key part of Arne Slot's squad for the second half of the season.
However, there is expected to be a high-level of interest in the summer which could see him move then.
Duran is one to watch
Jhon Duran could be on the move before the end of the window, according to The Athletic.
No firm decision has been made on the 21-year-old, but given many clubs are looking to recruit a forward Duran is expected to be the subject of interest once again.
Aston Villa already turned down an offer of £57m from West Ham.
However, interest remains firm across and even in Saudi Arabia.
United enter Tel race
More from Manchester United this morning - the club are considering entering the race for Bayern Munich forward Mathys Tel, according to reports.
But this is only if Marcus Rashford or Alejandro Garnacho leaves before deadline day.
Rashford and Garnacho are both facing the axe at Old Trafford, with head coach Ruben Amorim open to letting them go.
The duo have come under fire in recent months amid concerns about their attitude on and off the pitch.
Breaking: Dorgu 'flying to Manchester'
Good news Manchester United fans, Patrick Dorgu is on his way.
Sky Sports have reported that the Lecce defender is flying into Manchester today as the move edges closer to completion.
Dorgu will be Ruben Amorim's first signing as United manager.
Career revival
Former Premier League striker Lys Mousset has been given a chance to revive his career at Bohemians.
The Irish side have taken Mousset on trial as he tries to get back into the game after a year out.
The forward was once signed for £10million by Sheffield United and made 99 appearances in the Prem for the Blades and Bournemouth.
He only scored nine goals but did receive a lot of plaudits in the 2019-20 campaign after scoring four goals in six games.
That included goals against Arsenal and Manchester United, but Mousset's career unravelled quickly after that.
He suffered multiple injuries and made just 20 appearances for Sheffield United over the next two years before being released.
Dorgu's impressive injury record
Manchester United are closing in on the signing of Lecce defender Patrick Dorgu - and in another huge boost, he also boasts an impressive fitness record.
Nordsjaelland technical director Alexander Riget, who watched the youngster grow up at the Danish club, recently told : "He’s never injured – never.
"He played for Nordsjaelland for six or seven years and I can’t remember him having one day where he was injured, which is very abnormal when you are growing. That is also a very good thing."
Ibe signs for seventh-tier minnows
Ex-Liverpool star Jordon Ibe has signed for Hungerford Town.
Ibe, 29, once lined up on the team sheets of Premier League sides such as the Reds and Bournemouth.
However, the South London-born winger has now linked up with seventh-tier club Hungerford.
In a transfer announced on Tuesday, the club said: "Hungerford Town have completed the signing of former Liverpool and Bournemouth winger Jordon Ibe."
On the move, Ibe said: "It is an honour to Hungerford Town for taking me in and believing in my dream.
"It is time to buckle down and show the ability that I still have. With hard work, it can take you anywhere."
Juve in second Chelsea star talks
Juventus are in talks to sign Chelsea midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka and are also considering a move for West Ham's Jean-Clair Todibo.
Chukwuekmeka, 21, joined the Blues from Aston Villa for £15million in 2022 but has struggled for game time at Stamford Bridge.
Juve have already loaned Blues defender Renato Veiga until the end of the season.
West Ham signed Todibo, 25, on loan with an obligation to buy from Nice in the summer and do not want to lose the Frenchman this month.
The Hammers have just three senior central defenders and want to add at the back before the window closes on Monday.
Real 'angry' with Alexander-Arnold talks
Real Madrid have reportedly targeted Joshua Kimmich after becoming "angry" at Trent Alexander-Arnold transfer talks.
The Liverpool star had been widely tipped to seal a move to the LaLiga giants.
Alexander-Arnold, 26, is out of contract at Anfield at the end of the season.
He is free to speak to foreign clubs this month with the view of signing a pre-contract agreement.
Los Blancos were thought to be close to sealing a deal to bring the right-back to the club in the summer.
However, have reported that due to a "slowdown" in talks with Alexander-Arnold's entourage, Real have moved on.
The report claims that Real have called the representatives of Kimmich.
It is suggested that the move has been made as a ploy to speed up the process of reaching an agreement with Alexander-Arnold.
Amorim and Rashford 'no longer speaking'
Ruben Amorim and Marcus Rashford are reportedly no longer on speaking terms.
The Manchester United forward has not played for Amorim since mid-December.
The has claimed that the pair are not on speaking terms anymore.
The report claims that the only time Amorim will address Rashford is when he is speaking to the squad as a whole.
Rashford has earned multiple suitors this month with the likes of West Ham, Aston Villa and Tottenham being linked from England.
He has also gained interest from abroad from Como in Italy and Borussia Dortmund.
Rashford does appear to have a clear preference and is willing to drop his wages to force through a move to Barcelona.

United enter Tel race
Manchester United are reportedly considering entering the race to sign Bayern Munich forward Mathys Tel.
Tel has told the Bavarians that he wants to leave the club this month.
Sky Germany claim that United would be keen on a deal if Alejandro Garnacho or Marcus Rashford leave the club.
Chelsea are also linked with Tel.
Dorgu deal agreed
Some of the biggest news from Tuesday was that Manchester United have agreed a deal to sign Lecce left-back Patrick Dorgu.
The Red Devils have agreed a fee of £25m up front with £4.2m in add-ons, according to Fabrizio Romano.
While Dorgu is understood to have agreed personal terms with United days ago.
Dorgu will become the first signing of the Ruben Amorim era at Old Trafford.
Chelsea's winger wishlist
As if Chelsea hadn't already spent enough money in recent windows, The Blues are looking for a new winger.
And according to The Athletic, they have some BIG names on their wishlist.
They claim that Alejandro Garnacho, Jamie Gittens and Nico Williams are amongst their targets.
However, it's suggested that nothing has advanced past the point of interest at the moment.

One of the biggest stories of the day has been the developments in Victor Boniface's move to Al-Nassr.
Bayer Leverkusen boss Xabi Alonso has kept no secrets that the Nigerian striker is likely on the move either.

Xabi AlonsoSaudi's Vinicius offer
Saudi Arabian clubs are willing to splash over £1BILLION on bringing Vinicius Jr to the Middle East, according to reports.
The Real Madrid star could be the subject of a huge world-record £250m bid this summer.
Reports from AS in Spain say Saudi clubs want to offer Vinicius £168m-a-year over a five-year period, meaning his contract will be worth £865m.
Real Madrid are desperate to keep him and insist it would take a bid close to the player's £1bn release clause for them to even consider selling.
Barcelona exits
Barcelona are shifting on two players before the window shuts, according to reports.
It looks like Alex Valle will have his loan cut short with Celtic and will instead be heading to Italy to join Cesc Fabregas' Como side.
While Saudi outfit Al Ittihad have also reportedly reached an agreement with 20-year-old midfielder Unai Hernandez.
That deal is said to be worth up to £4.1m.
Shakhtar bid for Hammers winger
Shakhtar Donestsk have submitted a £12.5m bid for West Ham winger Luis Guilherme.
That's according to Fabrizio Romano, who claims that Guilherme is expected to leave the London Stadium before the end of the window.
The 18-year-old only arrived in East London this summer, but is yet to make a single start for the Hammers.
Heaven to the Devils
A reminder of one of the other big deals that was closed earlier today.
Manchester United agreed a move to sign Ayden Heaven from the Gunners.
The highly-rated 18-year-old centre-back made his debut for the Gunners this season, but is out of contract in the summer.
He becomes the second academy product that United have pinched from Arsenal this season after they stole away Chido Obi-Martin in the summer.
Wolves Danso deal hanging in balance
Wolves' move for Kevin Danso is hanging in the balance despite agreeing personal terms with the defender.
According to TalkSPORT, Wolves are unable to reach an agreement with Lens.
The French club are thought to want £21m for the Austrian.
Leverkusen leading Ferguson race
Weve brought you plenty of updates on Evan Ferguson today as the race hots up for the 20-year-old's signature.
And according to Sky Sports' Mark McAdam, Germany outfit Bayer Leverkusen are leading that race.
Leverkusen are said already be holding talks with Ferguson's representatives.
The Bundesliga side are set to part ways with striker Victor Boniface in a a £50m deal to Saudi side Al-Nassr, and Ferguson could be a replacement.
As reported earlier, Brighton are willing to let Ferguson leave on loan or on a permanent basis if they receive the right offer.

Ibe, 29, has signed for the Southern League Premier Division South club in the seventh tier of English football.
Ibe has previously played for the likes of Liverpool, Bournemouth, Derby County and Birmingham City.
