During the early stages of Stephan Bunting's clash against Gerwyn Price, the audience was making their presence known.

However there was persistent whistling while Price was throwing his darts.

That was until Ware stepped in to put a stop to it after one of Price's goes.

After announcing the thrower's score, he could be heard commanding: "Stop whistling!"

His order quietened down the crowd who were under the impression he would not ask again.

The stern look on the Welsh referee's face even caught the attention of Dan Dawson.

The ITV Sport commentator said: "Oh he's very stern isn't he!

"My word."
