DARTS star Patrick Bulen has "received a tour suspension" following an alleged incident at the Kalkar Qualifying School.

The Belgian, 55, is claimed to have called the PDC "a disease" and kicked chairs following a painful defeat.

Bulen, who participated in the 2006 World Darts Championship, was at the three-day Qualifying School in Kalkar aiming to earn a Tour Card for 2025 and 2026.

Following his performances on day one, it was expected that Bulen would participate in the final phase.

But according to Belgian outlet , he will not partake after being slapped with a suspension.

They claim that he "misbehaved" following a painful defeat.

Following a 5-0 win over Felix Hein, Bulen took on Dmitriy Zhukov.

He battled to a 4-3 lead before losing the last two legs to fall 5-4.

During the decisive ninth leg, Bulen is said to have missed several match darts before succumbing to defeat.

It's then claimed that he "gave the finger", called the PDC "a cancer" and "kicked chairs across the room".

Nieuwsblad claim that Bulen could not be reached for comment.

Earlier today, Kai Gotthardt became the latest player to receive a PDC Tour Card.

He defeated Steven Noster in a deciding leg showdown to get over the line.

Over at the Milton Keynes qualifying school, Justin Hood also earned a Tour Card by beating Bradley Brooks.
