Not much happening at Carrow Road although Amankwah Forson did rattle the post with a superb left-footed shot.

The Ghanaian is only 22 years old but looks like a decent player. He arrived in English football last summer.

I reckon he will be in the Premier League next season, and maybe not necessarily in Norwich colours.

  • Bournemouth 2-1 West Brom

    34. The Cherries have turned this game around now.

Ouattara takes his chance to drill past the visitors' keeper to give the hosts the lead for the first time.

Normal service resumed at the Vitality Stadium.

  • Goal - Dango Ouattara (Bournemouth)

  • Chelsea 0-0 Morecambe

    31. As much as Premier League fans wish we could see the back of VAR, Chelsea fans will be rueing not having it today.

Having seen the replay, the Morecambe keeper was so far off his line before he saved the penalty.

He is having a good game and just made a good save in the bottom corner to deny Joao Felix.

Ryan Yates has come closest for a second-string Forest side at the City Ground, rattling the bar from 20 yards out.

Managerless Luton were also indebted to Mark McGuinness for a brilliant last-ditch tackle to deny Portuguese winger Jota Silva.

The Hatters are showing plenty of spirit following the departure of boss Rob Edwards.

  • Bournemouth 1-1 West Brom

    27. Ouattara is pivotal in the build-up but could not find a shooting chance for himself.

Kluivert seizes the chance to slot home to pull The Cherries level.

Just a reminder, there are no draws this season in the competition so we go to penalties if required.

  • Goal - Justin Kluivert (Bournemouth)

No goals after 25 minutes but both sides having a go, with Championship bottom side Plymouth more than holding their own against their Premier League hosts.

Record signing Michael Baidoo, on his debut, was put in the clear by Matt Sorinola's fine pass but was unable to get his shot away in an early warning for the Bees, who forced two diving saves from Conor Hazard both from the boot of Fabio Carvalho.

Plymouth wide man Callum Wright has come closest to scoring when he jinked in from the left wing and forced a good low save from Hakon Vladimarsson, who is given a rare start in goal.

As protests go that was hardly Orgreave.

Morecambe fans took the cue on 19 minutes to start singing 'we want Jason out' against their club's owner.

It petered out after 29 seconds only to return for another eight before the visiting supporters gave up.

If that doesn't make Jason Whittingham sell up, nothing will.

  • Exeter City 1-1 Oxford United

    22. Harper does well as his cross finds Mitchell in the box.

He hits his shot first time, straight down the middle of the goal.

The fact he hit it straight away, caught the Oxford keeper unawares.

  • Goal - Demetri Mitchell (Exeter City)

  • Leicester 5-2 QPR

    63. Daka does well in the build-up before finding Justin wide in the box.

He strikes a great effort into the far corner to put this game to bed for The Foxes.

It is hard to see a way back into this one for QPR now.

  • Goal - James Justin (Leicester)

  • Chelsea 0-0 Morecambe

    14. The Blues are awarded a penalty in bizarre circumstances.

It seemed like the defender had thought the ball had gone out and almost caught it in the box.

Nkunku steps up to take the subsequent penalty but Burgoyne makes a great save in the Oxford goal.

He then gets up to block the follow-up too.

    Great stuff.

  • Missed penalty - Christopher Nkunku (Chelsea)

  • Penalty to Chelsea

  • Exeter City 0-1 Oxford United

    14. Good play from Dane Scarlett as the visitors counter with pace.

He finds Taylor in the centre of the box and he diverts his shot into the bottom corner.

Great start from the Championship side.

  • Goal - Matt Phillips (Oxford United)

  • Bournemouth 0-1 West Brom

    14. As a set-piece is worked into the box and Taylor heads into the top corner to give the visitors the lead.

Andoni Iraola will be wanting a good cup run for his side this season but it is in doubt now.

Great start from West Brom, having created a couple of chances before breaking the deadlock.

  • Goal - Caleb Taylor (West Brom)

  • Leicester 4-2 QPR

    51. The Foxes restore their two-goal lead at the King Power.

Jamie Vardy stepped up and slammed home his penalty to make it four for Leicester.

QPR are back to square one again now and need to find a goal to get back into this game.

  • Goal - Jamie Vardy (Leicester)

  • Sunderland 0-1 Stoke City

    5. Tom Cannon fires home a penalty to give the visitors an early lead.

He silenced the Stadium of Light with his confident finish.

All to do for the hosts now.

  • Goal - Tom Cannon (Stoke City)

  • Norwich 0-0 Brighton

    3. The Seagulls have a strong side out today.

It shows the focus on Fabian Hurzeler to try and bring some silverware to the Amex Stadium.

Tight affair so far but Brighton look capable of creating something from nothing with their quality.
