BOXING legend Evander Holyfield's son Elijah has made a sensational career change - and fans say he 'looks like a monster'.

Elijah has become a wrestler and this week made his in-ring WWE debut having previously pursued a career in NFL.

after high school and played for the Georgia Bulldogs from 2016 until 2019.

The Georgia native went undrafted five years ago but joined the practice squads of the Carolina Panthers, Philadelphia Eagles and Cincinnati Bengals before leaving the NFL in 2022.

The 5ft 10in (1.78m), 215 lbs (15st) athlete signed with WWE earlier this year after taking part in tryouts over weekend.

And Elijah made his debut in the squared circle on Tuesday ahead of the live taping of NXT from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida and faced Anthony Luke.

The heavyweight's bow took place as part of the upcoming WWE LFG reality series which will air on A&E.

The show will see professional wrestling legends mentoring aspiring grapplers with WWE contracts on the line.

Fans got a sneak peak of what Elijah can do and were especially impressed with his physique.

One fan tweeted: "Dude looks like a monster."

Elijah's father Evander, 62, is one of the greatest boxers of all time having won four world heavyweight championships.

The Real Deal retired from professional boxing in 2011 with a smashing record of 44 wins and 10 losses in 57 fights.

Evander shared the ring with some of the all-time greats, but made history with his heated rivalry against Mike Tyson.

The Alabama bruiser defeated Tyson twice back in 1996 and 1997.

Evander is no stranger to the WWE ring as he entered the squared circle to face Matt Hardy in a boxing match back in 2007.
