LUKE LITTLER has announced a major new deal with his most beloved games console company.

And it comes just days before the 17-year-old sensation is set to play for the World Darts Championship title at Ally Pally.

The Nuke has now teamed up with Xbox to have the firm’s logos on his darts jersey from the start of the sport's premiere event.

Littler is bidding to go one step further than he did in his debut last December - by winning the World Championship final.

As part of his sponsorship, Littler, who is one of the favourites to lift the title and become the youngest world champ in history, will play for community rewards.

Every 180 score, nine-dart finish, and match win throughout the Championship will increase the number of goodies up for grabs.

Prizes include digital copies of his favourite game, EA Sports FC 25, neon custom consoles and controllers.

He announced the team-up with a flying like a green comet down to earth to fire off some winning shots.

The clip shows him walking into a bar with black markings on his face before he offloads a 180.

Littler said: "I’m looking forward to partnering with Xbox and bringing two of my biggest passions together – darts and gaming.

"I hope I can provide fans with as many rewards as possible through my performances at the PDC World Darts Championship and help them score more with Xbox."

The Warrington oche ace is renowned for his love of his Xbox machine and EA FC 25 footie game.

Darts star Luke Littler is in contention for Sports Personality of the Year

Fans even accused the teenager of taking time away from the Hungarian Darts Trophy in September to play computer games.

Eagle-eyed supporters couldn't help but notice Littler's absence came at the same time as the early access release of EA FC 25.

The darts star decided to stir the pot, commenting under a SportsBible post making the connection: "What a coincidence."

But business resumed after Littler returned as he went on to claim his third title of the year at the Grand Slam of Darts in November.

His comprehensive 16-3 victory over Martin Lukeman bagged him not only yet another trophy, but saw him take his prize money pot this year past the £1 MILLION mark.

Littler first made his name with a surprise surge to the final of the World Championship at the start of this year, pocketing £200,000 for his runners-up finish to Luke Humphries.

He then added another £275,000 when clinching his first major title, the Premier League in May.

The World Championships kicks off on Sunday, with Littler's first game coming on December 21 against the winner of Fallon Sherrock and Ryan Meikle.
