  • Priestley's thoughts

Darts legend Dennis Priestley believes Luke Humphries will have the psychological edge over Luke Littler.

    He told :

“It was vital for Humphries that he beat Littler in the last competition before the World Championships and he did so quite convincingly. Having said that, I'm not an advocate of playing three games in one day. Playing one televised game in a day is enough for most people and playing three times is a bit of a lottery.

“Obviously Humphries will have the mental advantage over Littler having beat him last time out and as a result, it'd be interesting to see how Littler copes if he does have to face Sherrock.”

  • Prize money
