And in the build-up to the bout, Till joked that he would KICK Fury in the head if he was losing the fight.

So subsequently, Fury announced that he will no longer be fighting the ex-UFC star because of the threat.

But Till revealed he actually signed a waiver that would see him give up his entire pay if he followed through with the kick.

He said on : "I signed this disclaimer for the Misfits contract that if I would kick Tommy, I would forfeit my whole purse.

"So what I'm looking at here and what I'm seeing is Tommy's pulled out because of what I've said.

"It's completely and utterly embarrassing. Like at least pull out with an injury or say your hand or say, Love Island want you back on for a second season.

"Do you get what I'm saying? What is wrong with you? So basically what's happened is I've come along to the influencer scene.

"The king of influencer boxing, who's Tommy Fury? I've ended it without even having to fight him. Some guy I am."

He said on Instagram: "I can't believe I'm writing this but I am now not fighting Darren Till on January 18th 2025.

"For the one simple reason being that Darren has stated over and over that he does not want to abide by professional boxing rules.

"And that if he is losing the fight he will resort to kicking and other stupid MMA tactics.

"I am a professional boxer, I have been out of the ring for over a year and I wanted this to be a great BOXING fight for the fans.

"I have wasted weeks in training camp. We are working hard to get a new opponent and date.

"I promise to get a better opponent and better fight for you guys. Good news around the corner."

But Till added: "For years, the Fury’s have always intimidated and bullied everyone at press conferences.

"At fights, at fight week, at weigh-ins, whatever. That's what they've done.

"That's their thing. It's all mental warfare, isn't it? John intimidated Jake Paul's father. John [head] butted someone from [Oleksandr] Usyk’s team.

"John punched glass to try and punch KSI when KSI was making weight, whatever.

"All this, sound, that's what you do, you're building a fight. We all know how this goes, right?

"It's not fake. It's not like whatever. It's all real. But at the same time, you're building a fight.

"I come along. I'm not the hardest man out there. I'm not whatever.

"But... I am still one of the best MMA fighters out there, because you've got to be the best to get where I got to."
