He’s my Grand National horse for this year and I think he’s on a perfect rating to sneak into the race.

We’ll keep him over timber until the National weights are released, take stock and send over fences to get him qualified.
The Grand National has changed a lot over the years, but it’s still the race we all want to win.
It’s a long way away yet and plenty can go wrong, but hopefully he keeps ticking over nicely.
In terms of this weekend, we have just one runner today. I’m not used to it being this quiet!
I’m adament we’ll be having a winner though, as GOLDEN AMBITION (12.57 Aintree) is thriving at present.
He’s been an extraordinary horse, as he kept getting in his own way at home and on the track.
But with the blinkers on, he’s been totally transformed and has rattled off easy wins at Fontwell and Lingfield.

Callum Pritchard takes over today and as a result, he’s technically 1lb lower than he was when he won last time. With that in mind, I think he can make it a hat-trick.
In terms of the Tingle Creek, it’s all about Jonbon.
He’s the one they all have to beat and although it’s a competitive race on paper, he could turn it into a procession if he jumps and travels like he did last time.
Edwardstone and Quilixios are no mugs, don’t get me wrong, but my old boss Nicky Henderson has his horses in top form and the whole race revolves around him.

DIVA LUNA (1.30 Lingfield) is making her hurdling debut and I couldn’t be more excited.
She was a Grade 2 bumper winner and her schooling at home has been fantastic. She’s very classy and I’m hopeful she could make into a Supreme horse for March.
