TOM FORD has become the 2024 Snooker Shoot Out champion after beating wonderkid Liam Graham in an mouthwatering final.
Graham was 15 seconds away from what would have been one of the most incredible wins in the history of the competition.
However, Ford pocketed the blue with moments to spare and has now earned an extra £50,000 as well as securing his first tournament ranking win.

All Leicester final denied
As the semi-final draw was made it seemed like the perfect final was still on the cards.
As iit pitted Mark Selby and Tom Ford on separate sides of the draw, it was looking good for the battle of Leicester in the final.
Liam Graham then caused an upset to prevent the final all the home fans were hoping for.
Sometimes there is nothing you can do
Andrew Higginson was looking in great form this week and had surprised many with the people he was beating.
Coming into his quarter-final with Wu Yize he would have been full of confidence.
Higginson barely put a foot wrong but ended up losing 38-6.
Wu potted a long ball from nothing then put a break together to ensure that he progressed to the semi-finals.
Local favourite shocked by youngster
Mark Selby was looking in good form all tournament.
In his previous two matches he had only conceded one point.
He met Scot Liam Graham in the semii-final and soon started scoring.
The game then turned on its head as Graham went on to take the match 38-20.

Liam Graham seemed destined to win the trophy 2/3 of the way through the final.
A missed pot allowed Ford in and he took full advantage.
Graham could never have dreamt of being in the final, let alone beating Selby on the way but it will still be painful that he missed his chance to go all the way.
