47 – Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
Kaufmann with an early chance for Heidenheim who start the second half as quick as they did the first.
It's more a half chance for the midfielder who has the ball stuck under his feet and his tame finish from inside the box is straight at Jorgensen.
Back underway
Heidenheim kick the second half off!
Back out
The two teams are back out ready for the second half.
The fans whistle as the visitors made their way out.
Goalless half
Dan nicked the line I was going to use.
Entertaining stuff if not vintage, but maybe to be expected by German fairytale story and Chelsea's B team.
Guiu could've had a hat trick, Jorgensen pulled off a top quality save and Dewsbury-Hall has looked tidy.
Goals to come in the second period.
Half time view from Dan King in Germany
The temperature has dipped noticeably but the entertainment level hasn't.
There is a real sense of occasion here and the home team are rising to it, as are their fans.
The only thing missing is a goal. A game between the 15th best team in Germany and the second string of the third best in England is more competitive than you might expect.
HT! Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
Goalless in Germany at the break.
45+1 - Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
SITTER!
Dewsbury-Hall's outswinging delivery from a free kick is a peach, right onto the penalty spot with Heidenheim playing a high line.
Tosin is thundering in and has a volley from 12 yards which he sends wide of goal. He has to hit the target at a very minimum.
Showing perhaps why he's a defender.
45 - Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
Casadei breaks up another counter attack for the hosts.
But he does so by wiping out his opposite number on halfway. He's booked.
Two minutes added.
42 - Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
Another decent opening for Heidenheim down their right.
Another terrible delivery straight at the keeper.
38 - Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
Delicious from Nkunku that and what a goal it would've been.
He picks the ball up in a crowded penalty area and somehow three touches later manages to beat four defenders.
His last touch round the final defender sees him with a chance to score but his shot is saved by the on-rushing Muller.
Dominant possession
Nothing to show for their dominance in possession yet for Chelsea.
The Germans certainly having their moments in testing Jorgensen.
NO PENALTY
The referee sticks to his original decision.
34 - Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
This would be harsh. A loose ball in between two Heidenheim defenders, with Mudryk nipping in first and getting a touch to the ball.
He then goes to ground and looks in discomfort. Referee says no penalty.
After about 20 seconds of treatment, the referee makes the signal and he's off to check....
VAR CHECK
They're looking at a possible Chelsea penalty here...
28 - Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
What a chance for Nkunku - it should be 1-0!
He's picked out with a terrific long pass, cutting right through the heart of the home defence.
With Muller coming a bit off his line, Nkunku - a couple of yards inside the area - goes for the dink into the far corner.
He just gets too much on it, sending it over the bar!
A view from SunSport's Dan King in Germany
Much to enjoy here, especially the repeated requests over the tannoy for fans not to light pyrotechnics.
Cue another one appearing in the home end.
It's a really good atmosphere in this neat little ground and the home side are giving the town plenty to cheer.
Chances at both ends, both goalkeepers busy, what's not to like?
27 - Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
The fans definitely up for here after that little passage of play.
Decent spell for the home side.
26 – Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
Superb play from Paul Wanner and what a save from Jorgensen!
It looks like a nutmeg on Disasi on the corner of the box which takes two Chelsea defenders out it before smashing a shot at the near post but a strong Jorgensen arm keeps it out.
Splendid all round.
25 - Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
Great hit that by Dewsbury-Hall. The ball lands at his feet on the left of centre, just outside the box.
Rasping hit by him but Muller matches it, palming it away for a corner.
21 – Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
Again Heidenheim look good, particularly on the counter.
Again, it's down their right where a low cross into the box is read by Jorgensen who actually ends up near his penalty spot when diving onto it to claim.
Chelsea not getting it all their own way.
23 – Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
No exaggeration to say Guiu could - and maybe should - have the match ball wrapped up already.
This time Nkunku knocks the ball into his path no more than 12 yards out and he hits it low and hard on target.
Muller in goal sticks a right leg out to divert it to safety. Really smart stop - but the Chelsea man HAS to score.
14 - Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
Wee bit end to end at the minute.
Heidenheim appear to get in behind so, so easily with just a couple of passes before Jorgensen is forced into a smart save.
The flag goes up belatedly.
10 - Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
Guiu has had four shots at goal within 90 seconds and he'll be gutted not to make any of them count.
He's sent clear with a ball over the top and on the stretch from the edge of the box he finishes tamely at the keeper.
The next comes a minute later when he manages to turn really well with three defenders on him inside the box but snatches at the finish.
Not even 30 seconds later and he's found inside the box with a clear opportunity at goal from 10 yards on a bit of an angle but hits it straight at the keeper.
It rebounds back to him and he smashes into the side netting.
6 – Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
First piece of work for the home keeper as Chelsea finally put a move together.
It's worked from right to left where Mudryk fires a cross in which the keeper dives on to claim.
2 – Heidenheim 0-0 Chelsea
Early warning for Chelsea there. The delivery from the right is attacked by a Heidenheim player, who breaks the offside trap but on the stretch can't quite divert a volley on target.
Good start from the home side but question marks over the Blues back line already.
