FANS are gearing up for another year of Premier League Darts - and the format for the 2025 season has been revealed!
Teenage sensation Luke Littler overcame the then world champion Luke Humphries to win the 2024 tournament.
And whoever makes the 2025 final will have to play a similar amount of legs with the format and prize money.

What is the Premier League Darts 2025 format?
Each night will be an eight person knockout tournament, with the players guaranteed to meet each other once in the quarter-finals in weeks 1-7, and weeks 9-15.

In weeks 8 and 16, a draw on the tournament bracket will take place based on the table standings.
The tournament uses the same format that was introduced in 2022, as each of the seven matches is best-of-11 legs.
Players recieve two points for a semi-final finish, three points for a final finish and five points for winning a night.
Following the conclusion of the 16 week league phase, there will be a playoff stage at the O2 Arena in London, with first playing fourth and second playing third in two semi finals.

The bottom four after week 16 will be knocked out.
The format changes slightly for the final, as games move from best-of-11 legs to best-of-19 legs.
A semi-final and a final will decide the winner.

Who has won the most Premier League Darts titles?
Dutch icon Michael van Gerwen has the most victories under his belt, winning the Premier League Darts title seven times.
His first victory came in 2013.
Darts legend Phil Taylor has won the competition six times, winning the first four iterations of the competition.
Phil Taylor lost the final twice to van Gerwen in 2013 and 2016.
Gary Anderson has won the tournament twice.
Luke Littler is the youngest winner at 17, while Jonny Clayton, Raymond van Barneveld, James Wade and Glen Durrant have also all won the competition once.
When is the Premier League Darts 2025?
The Premier League Darts 2025 starts on Thursday, February 6 at the SSE Arena in Belfast.
It will be played weekly every Thursday, across the UK with a couple of nights in Europe.
