The victim claimed Ben Yedder had groped her and performed a sex act in front of her in his car.

He was also also accused of repeatedly refusing to obey Monaco police orders to stop during a subsequent car chase.

Now the free agent has been sentenced and given a number of conditions alongside the two-year suspended prison term.

He has been fined €5,000 and suspended from driving for six months.

Ben Yedder must also pay €6,500 to the victim of the assault - €5,000 in moral damages and €1,500 in legal costs.

The case is Ben Yedder's FOURTH brush with the law in recent years.

He is also under investigation after being accused of raping a young woman in the summer of 2023, a claim he denies.

A third accusation will see him in court in December after his ex-wife accused him of psychological violence.
