LUKE LITTLER has booked his spot in the Grand Slam of Darts quarter-finals after seeing off Mike de Decker in an epic last-16 tie.
The Nuke survived a match dart to knock out the Belgian in Wolverhampton.
Heavy hitters Michael van Gerwen, Michael Smith and Luke Humphries all suffered early exits.

Mardle fears for Wright
Wayne Mardle fears the career of two-time world darts champ Peter Wright is hanging by a thread as his slump continues.
Fan favourite Snakebite exited the Grand Slam of Darts last night with a 5-1 defeat to Rob Cross.
Former slinger Mardle reckons Wright’s career is now on the line.
He believes that Snakebite’s form has become so bad that the struggling ace, 54, may have to start considering his future in the sport.
Mardle told Sky Sports: “Peter Wright’s form is worrying. This is a period that has gone on for a while. I believe a positive result can mask problems that might be there, and I think the European Championships last year did that.
“That came out of the blue, it really did. A European Tour win this year came out of the blue too. He can still do it, but when he comes off, my word he's off. He's got no B game at all.
"He was upstairs joking with us saying how rubbish he is, but I felt like he meant it. He was joking about it, but I kind of felt for him at that point.
"We know how good he can be. But let's be honest, he's nearer the end of his career than the start. He was world champion two years ago but he's 54 years of age - how many more good years would he have had anyway?
"If he finds another purple patch, another Peter Wright patch, he'll be fine [at the World Championships], but he needs to find it now because this has gone on long enough."

Second round taking shape
Those who qualified on Monday night will also now know who they are facing in the second round, which takes place on Wednesday and Thursday nights.
Ritchie Edhouse is in top form and will probably be a bit disappointed to have been drawn against Rob Cross, who hasn't been at his best in the last couple of days but is still one of the best around.

Schindler's night to forget
It was a horror showing on Monday night for the usually ice cool Martin Schindler.
He didn't even need to win to secure qualification to the knockout stages.
With Beau Greaves shocking Cameron Menzies in a 5-1 win, Schindler only needed to win three legs to guarantee his qualification ahead of Menzies.
He had his chances too, missing FOUR darts that would have given him the necessary legs to qualify.
Schindler also averaged 109.15 in the match - the second highest average ever in a loss in the Grand Slam.
But Danny Noppert pounced on his errors and won 5-2 to send Schindler crashing out and Menzies, despite losing two of three games, crucially beating Schindler in their match and winning one more leg over the three group games.
Wright's form 'worrying'
Sky Sports pundit Wayne Mardle has said he is concered by Peter Wright's "worrying" form.
Two-time world champion Snakebite won just five legs across three matches in the Grand Slam - four of those in a defeat to world No 155 Leonard Gates - and went crashing out of the tournament.
"Peter Wright's form is worrying," Mardle said. "This is a period that has gone on for a while.

I was a lot more relaxed in the game. I played like a plonker in my first game [against Danny Noppert].
Cammy is such a nice lad. We were chatting a lot. It was an enjoyable game on the stage.
I need to start pushing myself to get better. I had gone stale. In 2025, I will do more stuff, play better and get more consistent. I have been inconsistent this whole tournament.
It would benefit me if I am open to playing more stuff. I want to be a better darts player and more comfortable on the stage.
It’s hard when you are not used to playing all the top players all of the time.
After Sunday’s match, where I didn’t play well, I felt I would get beaten before I went on the stage. I know I have the game to do better.
I’d love to be at the standard to play the men all the time. At this stage, I don’t think I can.
