The Brazilian forward has suffered a dismal time since arriving at Al Hilal in August 2023 for £78million.
Neymar suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury while on international duty last year, resulting in him missing most of this season.
Reports suggest he is now at risk of having his £130million contract ripped up.

Despite having Neymar missing for much of the past year, Al Hilal have dominated the SPL.
They won the title last year - finishing 14 points ahead of Ronaldo's Al-Nassr - and are currently a point clear at the top.
Ronaldo has previously hinted he is likely to end his career in Saudi.
He won the Arab Club Champions Cup back in 2023 but has otherwise failed to win silverware at Al Nassr.
Ronaldo said earlier this year: "I don't know if I'll finish soon or in two or three years.
"But, possibly, it will be at Al Nassr. It's the team where I'm happy, where I'm good, where I feel good, both in the country and in the league.
"That's why, most likely I can finish my career at Al Nassr.
"I'm very happy to play in the Arab League and I want to continue."
