Bournemouth vs Arsenal preview
Arsenal will look to extend their four-match winning streak against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday.
And they'll travel with high expectations given they've beaten the Cherries in 11 of their last 14 Premier League meetings.
The Gunners have won all four of their meetings against Bournemouth since Andoni Iraola's side returned to the top flight -- netting 3+ goals in each encounter.
Arsenal trail league leaders Liverpool by a single point having registered five wins and two draws in their opening seven games of the 2024-25 season.
They do, however, remain unbeaten in in all 10 of their games in all competitions so far this season and haven't had a longer unbeaten run from the start of a campaign since 2007-08.
Bournemouth have managed three home draws against Arsenal since 2017, but Arsenal's current away form looks unstoppable given they've won 10 of their 12 away Premier League games so far in 2024 - only failing to beat Manchester City twice.
Much was expected of the Cherries, who spent around £100million over the summer, but it's not exactly been a good strong start.
They've secured two wins from seven with one coming against struggling Southampton and the other an improbable 3-2 win at Goodison Park.
But there's no doubting their appetite for goals. Iraola's side have unleashed the third-highest number of shots in the division (117) and sit SIXTH in the overall xG table.

Bournemouth vs Arsenal preview betting tips and predictions
Kai time
Kai Havertz quite enjoys playing against Bournemouth. The Germany international, 25, has struck twice and provided an assist in four games against the Cherries - netting in this exact fixture last season.
He's also ended up on the winning side in each of his four clashes. He ranks seventh in the division for most touches in the opposition penalty area (45), while only four players had had more shots on target this season (10).
Havertz has been involved in 20 goals in his last 21 Premier League appearances.

Fouls
Bournemouth rank third with exactly 100 fouls committed in the Premier League this season - only Wolves and West Ham can beat that tally.
And it's midfielder Lewis Cook who's responsible for 18% of those fouls, picking up three yellow cards for his troubles.
He's likely to be right in the thick of things again under the lights at the Vitality against an Arsenal side who, on average, win nine fouls each league match.
