Who is Ryan Terry?
Ryan Terry is a professional British bodybuilder and fitness model who was born on November 17, 1988, in the UK.
He began his fitness journey at 14, initially to build confidence, but eventually progressed into bodybuilding.
While training he worked as a plumber and gas engineer, before gaining sponsorship and going into bodybuilding full-time.
Ryan gained widespread recognition after winning the Mr Great Britain title in 2010.

He competed in his first Men’s Physique show at the UK Nationals in 2013, and won.
Alongside his competitive career, he is a fitness influencer with a strong social media presence, offering training advice, workout plans, and motivation to his followers.
He founded online coaching and app service, RT Coaching, where he aims to build up users' self-confidence through workout and diet plans, and step-by-step videos.
The bodybuilder is also the founder of RT Fit, a gym located in Nottingham.

"Its only took nine attempts, against the strongest ever 47 men’s physique pro line up with 3x MP Mr Olympias who have 8 titles between them to get straight firsts and win."
He added: "Never give up on your dreams, truly believe and back yourself, be consistent and relentless."
