HUNGARY FOR SUCCESS

Hungarian Darts Trophy 2024 schedule and results as European tour continues in Budapest

A huge £175,000 prize pot is up for grabs in Budapest

THE Hungarian Darts Trophy got underway on Friday as the European Tour heads to Budapest - and the winner has been crowned!

Teenage sensation Luke Littler was looking to build on his stunning triumph at the World Series of Darts Finals last weekend.

The 17-year-old thrashed Michael Smith 11-4 to claim the title and the huge £80,000 jackpot in Amsterdam.

However, darts fans were distraught as Littler pulled out of the Budapest tournament.

And a certain flying Dutchman made sure he capitalised.

When was the Hungarian Darts Trophy?

  • The Hungarian Darts Trophy began on Friday, September 20.
  • The tournament will ran until Sunday, September 22.
