FANS have joked that Erling Haaland will never beat "robot allegations" after "raw dogging" a seven-hour flight.

The Norweigian striker was on his way back to England with Manchester City after the club's pre-season tour of the US.

Haaland, 24, looked sharp as the Citizens prepare for the new Premier League season.

In his last game, he scored a hat-trick against Chelsea during the 4-2 victory at the Ohio Stadium.

However, he was still up for some on the flight home, as he shared a funny clip on Instagram.

The video shows him sitting next to goalkeeper Stefan Ortega, watching the flight map.

Haaland does not blink or move during the video as he "raw dogs" the flight.

The term "raw dogging" on a flight is a bizarre online trend of people only watching the flight map and not sleeping or doing anything else while in the air.

He captioned the clip: "Just raw dogged a seven-hour flight.

";No phone, no sleep, no water, no food, only map. #Easy."

Inside Keane and Haaland's feud

Roy Keane's feud with the Haaland family seemingly began all the way back in 2001 when Keane hit Alfe Inge Haaland, Erling's father, with a horror tackle.

After a barren spell for Haaland earlier this season, Keane said: “The levels of his general play are so poor. He has to improve that. He is almost like a League Two player."

Keane upgraded him to a "Championship" player after Haaland scored against Nottingham Forest.

After scoring four against Wolves, Haaland said: "I don’t care about that man."

But Keane highlighted Haaland's behaviour when he was subbed off, saying he behaved "like a spoiled brat".

Sky Sports presenter Dave Jones caught the wrath of Keane's death stare when he dared to question that label considering his quartet of goals.

A second commented: "Mentality monster."

A fifth said: "Now this is a real athlete."

Another added: "This guy is mental."
