WWE SummerSlam 2024 LIVE RESULTS: Roman Reigns RETURNS as Cody Rhodes retains title, Logan Paul LOSES belt – reaction
SUMMERSLAM has concluded for another year - and the WWE Universe were treated to an action-packed night.
Romain Reigns returned as Cody Rhodes retained his undisputed title after pinning The Bloodline leader Solo Sikoa in the main event.
A new world heavyweight champion was crowned in Cleveland after Gunther dethroned Damian Priest.
CM Punk was defeated by Drew McIntyre with Seth Rollins featuring as special guest referee.
Earlier in the night, internet sensation Logan Paul LOST his United States title to rival LA Knight.

Jax tries a Vertical Suplex but Bayley counters to a Guillotine.
However, the challenger's strength is too much and she floors her rival with a Rolling Senton.

The Role Model follows it up with a Clothesline and then throws Jax at ringside.

The challenger recently started a friendship with Ms Money in the Bank Tiffany Stratton.

LA Knight gets into a scrap with Paul's entourage at ringside and the champ attacks his opponent from behind.
The Maverick is then handed a pair of brass knucks by Machine Gun Kelly.
Knight tries to hit a Back Suplex but the social media star hits him with the brass knucks.
He didn't get all of it though as his Springboard Clothesline is countered and the Megastar hits the BFT for the biggest win of his career!

The champ delivers a powerful right punch with his titanium reinforced hand!
But Knight shows incredible spirit as he kicks out at two and three quarters.

The two competitors are evenly matched so far with LA Knight hitting a Side Effect and an Elbow Drop.
Paul fights back with a Springboard Clothesline and a stunning Springboard Moonsault.

Paul controlled the match with a Gut Wrench Suplex and an inverted Powerbomb.
But Knight hits back with a Powerslam, this is a must-win situation for the challenger.
The American hasn't won a title yet in WWE and has failed in all of his big match situations.

But he only gets a two count while the crowd cheer for LA Knight.

But the champ fights back with a series of Clotheslines and Blue Thunder Bomb.

Breakker regains his composure and floors Zayn with a devastating Clothesline.

The ex-NXT Champion takes Zayn down with a Breakkinsteiner (Hurracanrana) off the top rope.

The Judgment Day is furious with Dominik Mysterio's betrayal of Rhea Ripley.
World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest demands to see Mysterio.
Priest even questions whether Finn Balor knew of Dirty Dom's plans to turn on Ripley.
Balor is offended by the lack of trust and decides to go look for Mysterio with JD McDonagh and Carlito.

Mysterio approaches Morgan and the two kiss in front of Ripley!

Morgan takes advantages by Dropkicking her opponent against Dirty Dom and follows it up with Oblivion but gets a two count.
Mysterio throws the chair back in the ring and distracts the referee but it all backfires as Morgan hits Oblivion to the steel chair for the win!

Ripley's right shoulder is still in pain, she barely managed to apply the Prison Lock with one arm.
Morgan goes for an Armbar but the challenger is holding on.
