FRANK LEBOEUF has insisted that Chelsea may never win the Premier League again.
The legend labelled the Blues as a "disgrace" and that the club can not just "start from scratch" next season.
Chelsea became used to success on the pitch during the reign of former owner Roman Abramovich.

"It’s possible that Chelsea can win a cup, like the FA Cup this season potentially, but never the Premier League. No way.
"If they keep going the way they’re going then they will never win a Premier League title again, they need experience. It just won’t work.
